Make either chocolate or vanilla shakes by choosing different ice cream. 1. Pour milk into the
blender container.
Ingredients: 7 (cream .. cups .. glasses .. milk .. spoon ...)
LO-CAL MILK SHAKE
Mix all ingredients in blender. Drop ice cubes in one at a time to thicken. Makes one frosty
shake. 140 calories; 1 gram fat.

Non, ca ne fait pas grossir ! Contrairement a ce que dit Sophie, cette recette ne fait pas grossir... une cuillere a cafe de Nutella et 1/4 de lait ce n'est pas grand chose. A consommer avec moderation mais avec grand plaisir, c'est delicieux !

Ma suggestion : Un petit truc pour battre le milk shake. Prendre un fouet et rouler le manche entre les paumes de mains(comme si on se frottait les mains) vous obtiendrez un milk shake HYPER mousseux !
